INSTITUTE OF ENVIRONMENT, CLIMATE AND DEVELOPMENT SUSTAINABILITY

The Institute of Environment, Climate and Development Sustainability (IECDS) (originally established as Environmental Protection and Management Services –EPMS in 1997) is a Tanzanian professional Research and training Institute specialized in Environment and Climate Change for Sustainable Development. Upon registration by the National Council for Technical Education, IECDS transitioned   from the former Environmental Protection and Management Services which was working with various national and global partners in providing short course training, research, advice and policy studies   in the area of climate change and environment. The Institute is dedicated to working with the global community in addressing the increasing climate change and environmental challenges, through collaborative research, training, capacity-building support, policy advice, innovative and contemporary training opportunities and networking for sustainable development.
